Brief introduce:

The operator cabins for tower cranes are developed for the crane operator’s specific circumstance, providing driver a safe place, full visibility of operation area and comfortable working environment. With advanced welding and manufacture technics, the walls and frame are accurate measured and get smooth appearance. Door and windows are well sealed and water & shock proof.

Model:

We supply stanard model series QST for tower crane cabin, in which QST4 is a luxuary cabin. Moreover, we can supply OEM with best soultion for clients' special requirement.

Characters:

1. Size 2202mm (L) × 1400mm (W) × 2110mm(H)

2.  Construction: The construction of the cabin is of Q235 tube and channel with suitable size and thickness, which are electrically welded. The exterior covering of structure is made of steel plate Q235 and Interior walls decorated with black imitation leather.

3.  Windows: front-upper window is push-out with gas piston system to maintain it open. Other windows are fixed. There are protection bars on all lower windows for safety purpose. All glass is tempered and safety. Windows are equipped with semi-auto retractable blinds.

4.  Wiper & washer unit: A windshield wiper is installed, stainless.

5.  Cable entrance: All cables and wires are concealed. A space between cabin floor and bottom plates is reserved for cabling.

6.  Air-con: The cabin is possible for installing a split air-con.

7. Painting: Sand blasting pretreatment for all steel material. Painting procedures: epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide primer and polyurethane finish. Exterior RAL to defined.

8. The cabin includes:

Fire-extinguisher; emergency light; coat hook; cup holder; door closer; ceiling light; anti-slip rubber floor mat; oscillating fan; sockets & switches.

9. Optional:

bracket of air-con; alarm; operator console; joystick and other electrical components, or on client request
